For Front customers: How to set up your integration

Overview
- Miuros is an all-in-one suite for Customer Service data. We connect to your ticketing system to fetch your data, process it, and offer you new powerful metrics and features on top of your data to find quick answers to complex questions, build better customer experiences and boost efficiency.
- We offer a 30 days trial but our solution is not plug&play. We need a small onboarding phase to set up your environment with your customization.
- This guide explains how to connect your Front instance and Miuros.
Prerequisite
- You need to be a Miuros customer in the onboarding phase. Our CSM team will inform you when you can start
- You need to be an admin in order to enable the Miuros integration, but once enabled it can be used by any teammate. Please make sure you are currently logged in with your Front admin account.
Instructions
- Once you get the confirmation from your Miuros onboarding specialist, you can go to https://miuros.com/connect/front/
- Click on Connect with Front
- If you are not logged in Front, you'll be asked to log in - please make sure to log in with your Front admin account
- You will be asked to give permissions to fetch your data. Review and accept.
- Inform your CSM contact that you have completed this
💡 And that's all! Our technical team will start fetching your data according to your onboarding plan and the agreed scope.
